As for the State Fare Bar + Kitchen, the staff raves about the State Fare Prime Burger with onion bacon jam and hopscotch cheddar, aioli and arugula served on a pretzel bun, or, for a lighter option, the Arugula Salad with medjool dates, feta, sliced almonds and honey-shallot vinaigrette. And always, always leave room for dessert. You can’t go wrong with the new menu addition of Chocolat Liegeois: vanilla and chocolate ice cream, praline crunch, chocolate pearls and whipped cream, all topped with chocolate.
